1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Account Suspension & Closure

fc77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: violation of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering risk, chargebacks, unresolved KYC verification, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended for investigation, access to your balance will be temporarily restricted until the review is complete. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, full access will be restored. If a violation is confirmed, fc77 may withhold part or all of the account balance depending on the nature of the breach.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Any eligible balance remaining after account closure processing will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.

9. Limitation of Liability
